Double Deck Vibratory Sifter

Our company is involved in presenting a vast assortment of Double Deck Vibratory Sifters to the patrons. These precision designed systems, acquired form trusted sources, are capable of catering any throughput up to 40 cubic meters per hour or 7.5 tons per hour of large leaf OPA grade Teas. The upper deck of these systems separate & remove the large particles and other impurities from the tea. In addition, the lower deck separate & remove fine tea dust, which is essential at the time of tea blending used for packaging the bags.

In addition to these, we offer single deck vibratory sifters. These versions are equipped screens that are easy to replace. The separate screens are used with teas of varied average particle sizes. Further, different screens can be used to obtain several degrees of separation and removal of fine tea by the lower deck of the vibratory sifter.
